The other day me and Phil were wandering around Ironwood specifically looking for either a sushi or a pho place to try out. Unfortunately one of the sushi restaurants were closed already so we ended up going to Pho 37. From the outside, you can tell it is a very small restaurant and it seems very dark, but the interior gave off a total different vibe. It is a very narrow restaurant but they utilized the space very well with booth and banquette seating and they have these big rounded light fixtures which really brightens the place up.
I ordered the Peanut sauce with Chicken & it tasted great! You can really taste the freshness from the broth but the amount of chicken was a bit too less for my liking and also the noodles were still stuck on each other when I was trying to spread it out.
Phil ordered the House Special, same situation, the broth tasted amazing. They claim they have NO MSG and they make the broth fresh daily. The only downside is that the amount of meat in this is less than the usual house specials we get from other Vietnamese places & also the noodles were bunched up when we were trying to spread the noodles apart.
